Initial Approach & Business Initiation

Either prospects get in touch with us or our business development department gets in touch with prospects. They do initial approach with prospect. Then Business analysts will do subsequent discussion with prospect to analyze and understand their requirements and expectations regarding project.

 

Business development and analysts will do detailed analysis and work out on an RFP document which will contain best feasible solution for the client. Along with RFP, they will also discuss various engagement models

 

Based on solutions and costing prospect can choose model of engagement.

SRS & Technical document phase

Based on RFP and SOW documents from the previous phase, business analyst and technical team will work out together to prepare Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and technical document. These documents play an important role for the development and testing phases. SRS document will also contain wireframes for various modules/screens of the application. Client will sign-off these documents.

Design and Prototype

Based on wireframes and specifications included in SRS, designing team will come up with the prototype version of the application, which would contain screens and work flow to give a real look to client's vision.

Project Plan

Project manager will prepare a detailed project plan based on the estimates of the project and send to client. Each milestone in release plan will have delivery date. From then onwards, milestones will be used to track the progress of the project.

Development & Testing

Development will be carried out based on SRS and Project Plan by development team. Quality checking for every process will be handled by separate quality assurance/control team, which will use QA Process for control quality of projects.

 

Our development process includes following to ensure quality delivery of products

• Use of VSS or SVN for version control
• Code management guidelines to follow for each technologies which is being followed by developers.
• Defined check lists for web based development to be verified against, to meet all basic requirements in first attempt
• Code review sessions by team lead to maintain proper coding implementations
